PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches, holidays, or viral sales periods, processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING
Shipping times are determined by the selected carrier and are outside of our control once packages are shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout. Smith Farm Scoops is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once tracking shows a package has been delivered, Smith Farm Scoops is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims when necessary.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and product contents.
