At Smith Farm Scoops, every mystery scoop is carefully curated and packaged with intention. Due to the surprise nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept:
• Returns
• Exchanges
• Order cancellations
• Refund requests based on personal preference or duplicate items

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at smithfarmscoop@gmail.com .

Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging

If approved, we may offer:
• A replacement item
• Store credit
• Partial refund at our discretion

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We are not responsible for:
• Shipping delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Minor packaging imperfections
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities
• Improper product use
